According to EAQ, she recorded the song as she received during a period of "questioning" She call it that way because going through some challenges, she kept asking herself WHY- WHEN - HOW!? But the all-sufficient God reassured her by saying he is the God of all perfections.
Ecclesiastes 3:11 (KJV) He hath made everything beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.
This is a song of encouragement to someone out there who might be going through difficulties that the test is part of God's perfection for a greater testimony. And the God who sees the end from the beginning will perfect everything concerning them.
